She has worked in the insurance industry since 1985, when she began her career working in the family business, the Rey Insurance Agency, located in Sleepy Hollow, New York. Linda was named the 2010 Outstanding Member of the Year by the Sleepy Hollow Chamber of Commerce. She was also named the 2006 Emerging Leader for the American Association of University Women (AAUW) and was honored as the 2005 Business Woman of the Year by the Westchester Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
