People like to do their own research online before choosing a restaurant, dentist, and especially an insurance agency. If they can find these answers on an agent’s website, they may be more likely to become a client.

I would advise agents to update their websites to provide this information up front so prospects can not only understand important concepts and terms, but they can see how the agency does business, creating a credibility and trust that could promote the sale.
