I had high demand from first time home buyers for this loan the last time the denver home ownership center offered it. I was disappointed to see it go last year, but I am extatic to see it come back again. What does FHA have to lose? They already own these home they are marketing with the $100 down pogrram so its not as if they are taking on another property they are just effectively marketing the ones they already have.Stetson Lowe

Is there a process for complaining about things that are happening to me during the HUD purchasing process? My mortgage broker requires the house be inspected with the water on, the city the hous is in requires the house be inspected with the water on, my home inspector would like to have the water on for my private inspection, I have arranged to have a licensed plumber present at the inspection but First Preston, the company managing the property for HUD won’t let me reconnect the water for the inpsections. It failed their pressure-test but I believe they performed the test with the meter disconnected. Of course it won’t hold pressure with no meter downstream.
