		<description><![CDATA[Claire great question.  In my opinion someone needs a will or other estate planning docs when their situation calls for it vs. at any particular age.  Once young people start accumulating assets and perhaps get married they might start to take a look at their situation and their needs in this area.  One area which frustrates me to no end is when I see young parents with no will in place.  At the very least I admonish them to get a basic will with written provisions for the guardianship of their children in event of their death in place.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Roger]]></description>
